Shaza Al Madina has appointed Chef Amjad Ghandoura as Cluster Executive Chef for KSA of the restaurants and other dining options at the hotel.

Chef Amjad Ghandoura is a Jordanian national who started his career in the culinary arts at the age of 20 after completing his culinary school training and diploma. He spent the first five years growing his experience in the best hotels of Amman city under the supervision of Michelin Star chefs who guided him along his chosen career path. Following this, his passion to know more about the culinary world took him to the UAE, China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey and then to Saudi Arabia where for four years he was Executive Chef at the Rosewood Hotel, Jeddah, before moving to Shaza Al Madina this year.
