Saudi Cable says unable to publish Q3 2023 financials on time

Saudi Cable Co. announced its inability to disclose its preliminary financial results for the period ended Sept. 30, 2023, within the specified deadline as the auditing process has not been finalized yet.

The financials are expected to be posted on March 17, 2024, according to a Tadawul statement.

The procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will continue to apply according to the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) dated Jan. 30, 2019, and announced on Tadawul on March 25, 2019.
