Saudi Cable names Sabri Alghamdi as Chairman, Walid AlShuwaier Vice Chairman

Saudi Cable Co.'s board of directors decided on April 7 to appoint Sabri Alghamdi as Chairman and Walid AlShuwaier as Vice Chairman for the next three-year term starting April 4, 2024, according to a Tadawul statement.

The board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, including Shabib Al-Haqbani and Walid AlShuwaier as independent members, as well as Mohammed Almutairi as external member.

The audit committee was also formed from Abdulkarim Al Nuhayer as independent member, as well as Majed Kareem and Mohammed Daghestani as external members.

In addition, the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) were appointed for all matters related to the implementation of the CMA’s regulations.
