Saudi Arabia's spending on digital transformation has exceeded nearly SAR 35 billion so far, said Hisham Al Sheikh, Vice Governor of the Shared Services Sector in the Digital Government Authority.
He indicated that spending on digital transformation will continue, Al Eqtisadiah newspaper reported.
The authority worked in cooperation with the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority and the relevant government agencies to sign framework agreements with international and local companies. These agreements aim to provide the best offers and prices for high-demand services, Al Sheikh said.
