Saudi Airlines for Real Estate Development (SARED), the real estate arm of SAUDIA Group, and Aramco have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop fuel service stations in certain locations.
The memorandum of understanding was signed today, at the headquarters of SAUDIA in Jeddah, by the CEO of SARED, Engr. Khalid Radwan and the Vice President of Fuels at Aramco, Yasser Mufti.
The memorandum of understanding discusses the evaluation of strategic SAUDIA sites to build and develop Aramco-branded fuel service stations. It also includes exploring the possibility of adding special services for SAUDIA’s guests and exploring the opportunity for the SAUDIA group to provide catering services for Aramco-branded convenience stores.
SARED CEO, Engr. Khaled Radwan stated, “We are excited for this collaboration as it benefits both parties and goes beyond the development of fuel service stations. There are many opportunities for collaboration, such as the exchange of benefits between the two companies’ loyalty programs.”
Aramco VP of Fuels, Yasser Mufti said, “This cooperation with SAUDIA aims to expand Aramco’s presence in the fuel sector around the Kingdom, capitalizing on the strategically located sites for SAUDIA across various regions in the Kingdom.”
