Rixos The Palm launches new Saturday Turkish Brunch

 Rixos The Palm has launched a new Saturday brunch in A La Turca restaurant which offers guests a wide choice of traditional Turkish delicacies in A La Turca, the resorts Turkish restaurant.

Manned by a team of Turkish chefs, guests can expect live cooking, Turkish inspired entertainment and a traditional Turkish service. With the option of indoor or outdoor seating, they can dine in the comfort of the restaurant’s modern interior or al fresco style on the large terrace that overlooks the resort’s lush greenery.    

With the main focus on that of the culinary experience, guests can expect a wide range of Turkish dishes including dolma - rice stuffed vegetables; pide - Turkish pizza; kumpir- baked potatoes filled with meats, vegetables and cheese; döner kebap – spit roasted chicken and beef and homemade baklava - a rich, sweet pastry desert. In addition, a selection of salads, grilled meats, fresh seafood as well as live cooking stations are on offer in addition to a variety of refreshing drinks packages.

Chef Nurretin, the resort’s Executive Chef commented: “we really wanted to offer our guests a true taste of the heritage of Turkey - where Rixos Hotels are from. We are passionate about our cuisine and like to ensure that each and every dish we prepare is homemade and of the highest quality. We also use traditional cooking equipment in the process, such as an authentic Turkish pizza oven, a döner kebap spit roast and an authentic potato oven for kumpir.”

 

Available every Saturday from 1pm- 4pm there are three packages to choose from:  buffet and soft drinks for AED 199 per person; buffet and house beverages for AED 400 per person and buffet with premium beverages and bubbles for AED 500 per person. Children up to the age of 3 years dine with compliments and children from the age of 4 -12 can enjoy 50% off.
