Renault Reveals latest Models to Fleet Customers in KSA

In an effort to reinforce ties and strengthen partnerships with fleet customers, Renault, the number 1 European brand in Saudi Arabia recently organized three product showcase events in its showrooms in Riyadh, Jeddah & Khobar under the banner of ‘Renault Carnival’. The gala dinners focused on Renault’s future expansion plans in the Kingdom and revealed the latest models the French manufacturer released in the Saudi market. The events were attended by a number of Gulf Advantage Automobile company senior officials and Renault fleet owners in the Kingdom.
Mr. Mohammed El-Asaal, Senior General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Gulf Advantage Automobiles, addressed the audience during this occasion, and expressed his happiness for Renault’s success. Mr. Assal further added “This event comes as a token of appreciation and gratitude for your valued trust and confidence in Renault. You are our strategic partners and the reason of our success in the Kingdom. We constantly strive to build real, sustainable and distinguished partnerships for our mutual benefit and growth.”

Mr. Assal then introduced the latest two models in the peninsula; the Dokker Van and Symbol sedan. The new Dokker Van has been one of the leading light commercial vans in Europe for the past 10 years. It is characterized by its attractive price, functional specifications and unmatched features. The Dokker also offers an easy driving experience just like in passenger cars and the versatility to suit all professional and commercial needs. The Symbol similarly meets the expectations of all customers interested in owning an elegant fuel-efficient compact sedan. It also enjoys an excellent sturdy chassis, a powerful engine and unique specifications.

The new Renault Dokker van is equipped with a strong fuel-efficient 1.6 litre engine, and a distinct design that allows more capacity and space, and makes it the ideal car for an efficient safe and quick transport, with a length of 4.36 meters, a width of 1.74 meters and a height of 1.81 meters, and a payload of up to 750 kg, in addition to a cabin characterized by calmness and equipped with all types of comfort and entertainment features.

The new Renault “Symbol is equipped with a strong 1.6 liter 16V engine, which is considered the biggest engine among B-class sedan cars, and a 4-speed automatic transmission gear. The car is also designed with great care and equipped with the latest technologies and innovations, in addition to a spacious and comfortable interior that accommodates 5 persons, a foldable backseat, front airbags to protect the driver and the front passenger, a distinctive automatic air-conditioning system, an anti-lock braking system, cruise control, in addition to a Media Nav multimedia system with a 7-inch touch screen equipped with modern and advanced technologies.

Mr. Rajkumar, Chief Operating Officer at Gulf Advantage Automobile addressed the audience as well thanking them for their support and confidence in the brand, highlighting Renault’s determination to enhance the international commercial brand in Saudi Arabia. “We are partners” he added “We understand your needs and you understand our priority, that is ‘Customer First’. Mr. Rajkumar later added that GAA has immense expansion plans in the Kingdom. In addition to the already existing network spanning across the Kingdom with 93 touch points, GAA’s ambitious plans to grow throughout the Kingdom entails new centers in Abha, Qassim, Jubail and Yanbu in the short term as well as many other facilities in the future to meet the growing demand for the French car in Saudi Arabia.
