REGA seeks public input on table of Off-Plan Sale and Lease Law violations

The General Authority for Real Estate (REGA) seeks public feedback on the table of violations of the Off-Plan Sale and Lease Law through Istitlaa platform, no later than Aug. 23.

The authority indicated that the table includes penalties for 26 violations, with fines reaching up to SAR 500,000, cancellation of the real estate developer's registration from the developers' registry, revocation of the violator's approvals, and a ban on practicing the activity for a specified period.
