The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) launched a new e-platform to receive applications for qualification and licensing of real estate contributions.
The platform will enable developers to obtain the necessary licenses to start real estate contributions through online submission of the applications.
In addition, the authority will allow the creation of a unified file for the facility, where all information and data will be saved. The file will help the facility to retrieve information and data to submit any applications without having to re-register them.
Abdullah Alhammad, CEO of REGA, said the Real Estate Contributions Law aims to boost the efficiency of investment in the real estate development industry, as well as improve the real estate product that will enhance the supply of commercial and residential real estate products.
