Ferry Joseph T. Trinidad has been awarded as one of the Power 25 Marketing and PR Leaders among nominees from South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. This recognition was presented in an online event last Sept. 28, 2021 by the Hoteliers Web as a way of honoring the crème de la crème of the hospitality industry. Out of 100 nominees, he ranked Top 11. He is one of Dubai’s hoteliers recognized in the country for their exemplary achievements, marketing campaigns and special initiatives during the pandemic.
Ferry is currently the Cluster Digital Manager for Accor’s premier hotels in the central business hub in the U.A.E. He manages the Dubai World Trade Centre: Novotel, ibis World Trade Centre and ibis One Central. Since 2010, he has been passionate with Digital Marketing, pioneering various out-of-the-box E-commerce initiatives in the region and has been receiving numerous recognitions for his works. He has been one of the pillars in the industry, and has been an active resource speaker advocating Digital Marketing in the region.
He believes that ‘The best marketing shouldn’t feel like marketing. Marketers should be effective storytellers that can relay truth and life in its most authentic form.’ This is a personal philosophy that he applies in all his marketing campaigns. With this new recognition, he aims to continue this and hopefully inspire other hoteliers to do the same.
The awarding body, Hoteliers Web is the largest international hospitality social networking site. Founded in 2017, it is a one-stop-shop for news on operations and key people driving the hospitality business. They have recently launched their Power 25 list with the aim of recognizing hoteliers who has successfully led and influenced the changes brought in by the pandemic in 2020 – 2021.
