Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the awards saluted the excellence of the small screen’s most celebrated talents.

OSN is the exclusive home of all HBO content in the Middle East, and the network topped the tables winning an impressive 22 awards across the telecast and creative arts categories, proving that OSN continues to be the only entertainment destination for the very best in award-winning shows.

The biggest night in TV entertainment was broadcast live on OSN First HD to audiences across the MENA region, with all the glitz, glamour and gossip from the red carpet live on E! Entertainment, where the nominees chatted with hosts Giuliana Rancic and Jason Kennedy before taking their seats at the Microsoft Theatre, LA for the main event.

In celebration of the awards night, OSN made both channels, OSN First HD and E! Entertainment, open to all their customers across all packages for a period of 72 hours from 19 September, 3am KSA, until 21 September, 3am KSA.

This year, for the first time on OSN First HD, the award ceremony was fully interactive as viewers could send tweets during the live screening and the primetime repeat using the hashtags #OSN, #Emmys or #Emmys2016 for a chance to see them appear on screen.
