NWC warns against dealing with non-employees and non-official contractors

The National Water Company (NWC), warned, in an official statement showing its care for customers’ interests and commitment to protecting their rights, against interacting with those claiming to be NWC employees while not holding company’s official IDs, including vehicles with the company’s identity on them.

 

NWC stated that there is a specific mechanism applied for recording its field employees’ notes related to environmental protection, water wastage and public utilities. To that end, the company warns against impersonating the company in any way that could incur any obligations or liability, and clearly states that such act is legally punishable.

 

The company calls all its customers to act quickly and report any irresponsible violations in relation with domestic connections of water and wastewater services, marketing and selling of any conservation tools, any fines, meters checking, or selling water by unlicensed tanker owners.
