It has distributed more than 15.8 million cubic meters of water in Makkah and Madinah in the first ten days of the holy month and pumped for 24 hours continuously for the two Holy Mosques and the central areas.

The company explained that it has prepared an operational plan for water management and distribution at an early stage with a "strategic and operational" water storage of about 10 million cubic meters in Makkah and Madinah to ensure continuous water pumping and provide the necessary water to the population and guests and visitors to the two Holy Mosques.

The company also stated: "The operational plan in Makkah and Madinah was characterized by the smooth running and full readiness of employees working around the clock in all service points and operation and maintenance centers spread over large areas to ensure services during the holy month." NWC has also equipped its field teams with modern equipment and machinery to deal with emergencies and technical malfunctions, and prepared the service stations and their equipment in Makkah and Madinah to receive customer requests and meet their needs.

To ensure water quality, the company conducts laboratory tests during the holy month of Ramadan. NWC stated that it conducted more than 23,000 laboratory tests in Makkah and Madinah during the first ten days of the holy month of Ramadan to ensure the quality of water and its compliance with international specifications and standards.

The company pointed out that it receives customer inquiries and requests through its e-branch and the unified contact number 8004411110 for water services in all regions of the Kingdom 24/7 to receive reports and forward them to maintenance teams that work around the clock to ensure that inquiries are answered and the required services are provided.
