Invested in its human capital by qualifying them with internationally accredited courses

The company indicated that 50 employees from all clusters of the company were enrolled in the program across the Kingdom. NWC stressed that the company applied the program's specific selection criteria in order to optimize human capital investment and place all trainees on a single line of competition; to benefit from their full scientific and practical expertise in order to serve their leadership, homeland, and community.
The company explained that enrolment in the Future Leaders Program would engage in special training courses for 10 months to qualify them. They will be given various training modules, such as direct and remote training, as well as discussion panels, practical training, and coaching.
