Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has launched the new monthly Hala for all prepaid customers, which customers can benefit from on top of their prepaid packages. This will provide Mobily’s customers with more flexibility and allowing multiple choices.
Mobily’s new Monthly Hala provides 2 GB internet and 500 on-net voice calls with SAR 65 monthly fee; customers can subscribe via sending SMS contains 65 to 1100. Secondly, 6 GB internet and 1000 on-net voice calls that costs SAR 120 and the customer can subscribe after sending 120 to 1100.
Mohamed Albelwe Executive General Manager of Corporate Communications and PR in Mobily said “ Mobily targets considering the customers’ needs as a principle for designing its products and promotions. Therefore, we are keen to innovate multiple choices to meet the needs and wants of the majority of customers”.
