Mobily introduces (Connect Roaming) packages during spring vacation

Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) introduces distinctive (Connect Roaming) packages during the current spring vacation. These packages meet the customer demand in staying online during their vacation outside the kingdom.

(Connect Roaming) packages come in four distinctive offers; the starting package price is SAR 50 for daily package which provides  a capacity of 500 MB and can be activated by sending “Safar1” to 1100, second offer costs SAR 150 and a capacity of 2GB which can be activated by sending "Safar2" to 1100; third category provides a weekly package with 5 GB data size and costs SR250 and can be activated by sending the symbol "Safar3".

As a part of these cutting-edge packages, Mobily exclusively provide unlimited data costs SAR 350 and can be subscribed by sending "Safar4" to 1100. In addition, customers can inquire the prices and activation codes of (Connect Roaming) packages via sending “Safar” to 1100.

Engineer Ziad Hamad Al-Hasson General Manager International Traffic Management & Services in Mobily said “We provide flexible subscription methods to improve our customer experience; the customers can subscribe in this service through USSD system by entering *1100# and then "roaming" and then to " Connect Roaming Packages"; even another way to subscribe to these packages is through Mobily website by accessing "My Services" and moving on to "Connect Roaming Packages" for activation; the packages can also be activated by visiting one of the company's branches throughout the Kingdom.”
