Mobily inks hosting agreement with Red Bull Mobile

Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) signed, on Sept. 5, a hosting agreement with Red Bull Mobile (Future Networks Communications Co.).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract includes hosting Red Bull Mobile as an MVNO on Mobily’s network for six years.

The cumulative contract value over a six-year period represents more than 5% of Mobily’s 2023 annual revenue, the telecom company said, expecting a positive financial impact starting from Q4 2025.

This agreement offers Mobily a great opportunity to expand its market reach and improve operational efficiency by leveraging its existing network infrastructure to host MVNOs, the statement added, indicating that the deal is not a related party transaction.
