Mobily Encourages its employees’ children on academic excellence

Mobily honored the high achievers of its employees’ children who finished their elementary, intermediate, and high-school. This honoring was part of (we care) program which includes many activities that cares of the employees throughout the year.

Engineer Faiez Awadh, Chief Human Resources Officer at Mobily, honored the excellent students, in the presence of many other managers and student’s parents. He stressed, “continuous academic high achievement is very important, and Mobily takes care not only of its employees, but also their children”.

Education is one of major hubs for development. Therefore, Mobily always urges its employees to keep developing their children because they are the real manpower investment which society will reap it. 

This honoring comes out of company’s care to seed the thanks culture as part of the general culture. Mobily also keen to innovate in improving work environment, especially that manpower is the corner stone to keep moving and achieving success.
