MIS signs SAR 1.2B supply deal with Tahakom

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a unified framework agreement with the Saudi Co. for Technology and Security Comprehensive Control (Tahakom), at a value of SAR 1.23 billion (including VAT), for the supply of technical information systems products and services, , according to a statement to Tadawul.
The agreement will be valid for 36 months, said the company, adding that there are no related parties.

According to MIS, this agreement will have a positive financial impact on it, and will be reflected starting from the date of receipt of the first purchase orders subsequent to the agreement between the parties.

The orders received in sequential, will be announced at the appropriate time and including the periods in which it will be reflected, it said.
