MIS receives HUMAIN work order worth over 135% of 2025 revenue

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) received on Oct. 4 work order No. 2 from HUMAIN, at a total value exceeding 135% of the company’s gross revenue for 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

MIS said the work order has an execution period of 16 months, with the relevant financial impact appearing in Q4 2026.

In September, MIS signed an agreement with HUMAIN to expand the scope of work for the design and construction of data centers dedicated to AI technologies, increasing capacity from 50 MW to 250 MW.

The agreement value exceeds 689% of the company’s total revenue in 2025, including VAT.

MIS’ revenue for 2025 stood at about SAR 1.27 billion, with 135% of this amount equivalent to SAR 1.72 billion.
The company received work order No. 1 from HUMAIN on Oct. 1, with a total value exceeding 148% of the company’s total 2025 revenue (about SAR 1.88 billion).
