McDonald’s UAE Opens New Restaurant at Dubai International Airport’s Concourse D

McDonald’s UAE has opened its sixth restaurant at Dubai Airports, fully equipped with interactive technology systems and a new contemporary design concept. Located at the new Concourse D, Terminal 1, the 310 square-meter store boasts an array of self-ordering kiosks. Helping to boost accessibility, convenience and elevating its customer dining experience at the airport, the new store also implements other interactive technologies such as a digital menu board and a kids’ interactive projector.

Walid Fakih, General Manager of McDonald’s UAE, commented on the new opening: “We are very pleased to be launching yet another store in the country, especially within Dubai Airports. As our customers will be passengers on the go, we strategically introduced this concept in this location, in order to serve them better. We hope to continually improve our customers’ ordering and dining experience through our world-class seamless technology, and modern, sleek interiors.”

This store also holds the second biggest number of seats in the UAE, pushing the total number of McDonald’s outlets in the United Arab Emirates to 138.
