Red Sea Mall has signed a strategic partnership with ride-hailing applications Careem and Uber, offering visitors convenient and easy access to the mall. As part of this partnership, visitors can now download the designated applications and book a ride to the centre located on King Abdul Aziz Road in North Jeddah or vice versa. The agreement is one of the many partnerships through which the center aims at providing the best services to its visitors. The mall is considered one of the most important business centers in the region. Last year it received over 18 million visitors and is expected to increase to 20 million this year.
The signing of this agreement comes within the framework of the mall’s strategy aimed at providing ultimate comfort to the visitors. It allows them to book their trips through a mobile application of the transportation partners including Careem and Uber and get special discounts for new customers as per the term of the agreement. The discount will be for each trip from or to the location for a maximum of 10 rides.
Visitors to the mall will be able to benefit from Careem and Uber offering available to new and existing users of the app. Mall visitors already using the apps, can avail a 30 percent discount of up to SAR30 per trip for 20 trips, and new users can benefit from a 40 percent discount of up to SAR40 per trip for 2 trips – both to and from Red Sea Mall.

Furthermore, we will continue to meet the expectations of our visitors with more services that are centred around their convenience and a pleasant shopping experience.” He added.

The Red Sea Mall is one of the most important marketing and entertainment centers in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, and the mall has been recognized for its pioneering role in the Kingdom and the Gulf. According to the agreement, Red Sea Mall will provide a space for Careem and Uber in the center to advertise and serve the visitors.
