Majid Al Futtaim continues to expand across Saudi Arabia with opening of VOX Cinemas The Spot – Sheikh Jaber

VOX Cinemas, the dedicated cinema arm of Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, communities, retail, and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia is continuing to expand its footprint across Saudi Arabia with the opening of a new multiplex at The Spot – Sheikh Jaber, Riyadh. The seven-screen cinema is integrated with Yalla! Bowling and an innovative entertainment experience, consolidating VOX Cinemas’ commitment to provide families across the Kingdom with unparalleled and customer-focused cinematic experiences.

The opening is the result of a partnership formed between Majid Al Futtaim and Rakaa Holding to bring five new entertainment destinations to Riyadh and Jizan. VOX Cinemas The Spot – Sheikh Jaber will deliver an exceptional entertainment experience, catering to the preferences and demands of people and communities across eastern Riyadh. Equipped with seven screens, the state-of-the-art multiplex boasts signature concepts such as VIP for a more premium experience and KIDS, a dedicated auditorium for young movie fans. Guests can also indulge at the Candy Bar, which serves up a menu of popular cinema snacks. 

Providing entertainment for the entire family, the Riyadh location features a modern eight-lane Yalla! Bowling alley and a games section furnished with billiards tables plus air hockey. VOX Cinemas now has a total of 141 screens across 13 movie theatres in five cities, making it the largest exhibitor by screen count, ticket sales and the largest independent film distributor in the Kingdom. Later this month, it will open its 14th cinema in The Esplanade, Riyadh followed by a multiplex in Jubail in the following months.
