LEGOLAND® WATER PARK WELCOMES SANAD VILLAGE STUDENTS AS PART OF CSR INITIATIVE

As part of its CSR initiatives, LEGOLAND® Water Park, part of LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort recently hosted 5 students of Sanad Village, the region’s largest centre dedicated to understanding autism and other related disorders, located in Dubai.

Waleed, Abdulelah, Omar, Youssef and Suliman; 5 students aged 12-14 years of ‘Sanad Village’ celebrated their latest behavioural achievement together with their teachers at LEGOLAND Water Park. According to Sanad Village students’ behavioural contract, students are rewarded with a trip to their preferred attraction when completing all required tasks and receiving all tokens for following the rules. 

LEGOLAND Water Park management and team were thrilled to be chosen by the five students for a day trip as their reward and invited them together with their teachers to enjoy an unforgettable LEGO® themed adventure at LEGOLAND Water Park who recently won the ‘Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards 2022’ and ranked #19 among 3,000+ attractions. On the day, Waleed, Abdulelah, Omar, Youssef and Suliman tried almost all 20 family-friendly water slides and attractions at LEGOLAND Water Park and voted for their favourite rides: ‘Joker Soaker’ and ‘Red Rush’, which they experienced several times throughout the day. 

This CSR initiative is the first of several collaborations to take place between LEGOLAND Dubai Resort and Sanad Village as well as other local organisations, as part of its commitment to giving back to the local community.
