Lana Medical Co. was awarded a project for the disposal of high-risk medical waste for the General Directorate of Health Services and hospitals, clinics, and related departments affiliated with the Ministry of Defense.
The project value (SAR 2.43 million) exceeds 5% of Lana’s total revenues for 2023 of around SAR 48.6 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Aug. 20.
The relevant financial impact is likely to appear starting from the first quarter of 2025.
There are no related parties to the contract, Lana added, expecting to sign the contract on Nov. 23.
The scope of work entails the provision of services for the disposal of high-risk medical waste for the General Directorate of Health Services and hospitals, clinics, and related departments affiliated with the Ministry of Defense. The project is divided into four axes: hospitals in the Northern, Western, Southern, and Northwestern Regions.
