L’Olivo Ristorante Launches a New Taste of Italian Cuisine

Rixos The Palm Dubai’s popular Italian fine dining restaurant, L’Olivo Ristorante, has launched a new and innovative menu that takes food connoisseurs on a culinary trip to the eateries of Monti and Testaccio featuring delectable homemade recipes paired with the finest selection of hops and grape from the vineyards of Tuscany.

The dedicated culinary team has meticulously worked on enriching the new menu to meet the gastronomic instincts of visitors with a delicious variety of antipasti has been added such as Variazione Di Carni Manzo made of apple wood smoked prime beef carpaccio served with mushroom salsa, goat cheese & walnut, smoked eggplant ice cream, aged balsamic and parmesan, an aromatic Burrata Con Tartufo made of burrata cheese with black truffle, stuffed heirloom tomatoes, watercress cream, Kalamata texture and extra virgin olive oil as well as a selection of crunchy salads freshly prepared on your table. 

When it’s time for the main event, diners will be particularly enchanted with the selection authentic Italian pasta that includes Melanzane Tortellini, Rigatoni, and Maltagliati Lasagna with Rabbit. If you’re the type that wants no less than a meaty dish, this new menu has something for you too! The 300 gram Wagyu Beef Tenderloin / Rib Eye Marble served with pan-seared foie gras, saffron mashed potatoes and baby spinach or the Braciole Di Agnello served with toasted almonds, semolina gnocchi and honey endives are just some of the choices that will surely satiate your appetite.

For diners with a sweeter than sweet tooth, this new menu offers an addition of homemade Gelato, L’Olivo Memory – a sweet masterpiece carved piece by piece right on your table, Flamed Alaska – literally a volcanic frozen dessert that erupts on your table, and Mandarin Garden Pots – edible soil, mandarin mousse, and berries. 

A noteworthy feature of the new dining experience that accompanies this new menu is the assorted cheese trolley and assorted chocolate trolley that every diner can nibble on during or after each course. The ambiance is also made replete with the live cello and violin duo who perform almost every night of the week.
