Jeddah to host the strongest local & international presence at SBIE
Jeddah’s Centre for Forums & Events is preparing to host Saudi Building & Interiors Exhibition (SBIE) , which will run from 11 to 14 May. The twenty-fourth event will be held under the patronage of HRH Prince Mishaal Bin Majed, Governor of Jeddah and offer a comprehensive range of construction, building materials and interior designs.
Over 200 leading manufacturers, agents and distributors from Bahrain, China, France, Egypt, India , Italy, Lebanon, Malysia, Morroco, Tawian, Turky and a number of Saudi companies exhibitors will take to showcase an extensive range of the latest building materials, construction equipment, wood machinery, interior furnishings and other products. According to Zahoor Siddique, Vice President-Exhibitions of Al Harithy Company for Exhibitions, Saudi Building & Interiors Exhibition is an international exhibition for building and interiors and a perfect marketing platform from which to access the vibrant and lucrative Saudi construction and interiors. “This show offers a comprehensive range of construction and building materials. The event strives to offer complete information about the recent inventions made in the construction and interior decoration industries,” he said.
He noted that SBIE provides comprehensive showcase for manufacturers and suppliers launching new products or simply wishing to increase brand awareness. He added that at Saudi Building & Interiors visitors will find all products, services and consultancy for these varied sectors that will provide an insight into the latest in this industry for the large number of public and private sector projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
“ While Saudi companies will provide a wide range of materials, international companies will be displaying innovative technology and what is new in the market, simultaneously providing an ideal platform for joint ventures, dealer and distributorships between the Saudi and the international counterparts,” he said. A sector that is growing annually at 10% per annum and having one of the largest share of Saudi Arabia’s annual budget for 2015 sharing 60% of the total allocation incorporating infrastructure projects, healthcare, education and municipal services. The five –day exhibition opens its doors daily from 5-10 pm 11-14 May, 2015.
