Iftar at Anise - Taste the world this Ramadan with vistas of Dubai Creek and the iconic IMAGINE show

If you are looking to embark on a culinary journey around the world and experience first-hand the abundance of authentic flavours, look no further than InterContinental Dubai Festival City’s opulent Iftar at Anise. Serving delectable Arabian delicacies from Levantine and North Africa, Anise will host eight interactive live cooking stations offering Thai, Indian, Japanese, Levantine, and Arabic cuisine cooked à la minute with locally sourced ingredients putting high emphasis on organic produce.  

This year, guests will have the opportunity to experience Ouzi, a braised whole lamb, authentic Saj bread by ‘Mama Jamal’ which goes back to 48 years of experience with bread making based on inherited traditional methods passed on to generations from mother and grandmother. Karam Al Bahr takes on the legacy of Karam Beirut, the family’s restaurant that was present in ‘Hayy el Zeitunay’ over 60 years ago.
