Hyundai dealers expand aftersales service network in Saudi Arabia

As part of its keen ongoing efforts to upgrade its aftermarket services, Hyundai Motor Company, in collaboration with its authorized three dealers in Saudi Arabia – Wallan Trading Company, Almajdouie Motors Company, and Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors – has expanded and improved its service programs.

It has opened of many new service centers, each of which is fully equipped with the latest highly sophisticated equipment and tools to provide optimum service to its customers throughout Saudi Arabia.

Hyundai dealers in the country consider aftersales services to be of the utmost importance. As it invests in upgrading its integrated and quick-service centers, the company has emphasized the importance of dealing with Hyundai-accredited centers to maintain optimum car performance and occupant safety.

It strongly recommends that its clients only use original Hyundai-branded spare parts. These are readily available at all 150 of its authorized branches and dealer premises across the Kingdom. Underlining the risk of choosing counterfeit (‘fake’) spare parts, it also reminded motorists that to maintain optimum performance and avoid invalidating the manufacturer’s warranty of 100,000 km or five years, which covers all Hyundai cars sold within the GCC, they must only use lubricants accredited by its parent company, Hyundai Motor Group.

Hyundai Motor Company and its dealers wish to emphasize their strong commitment towards providing the highest tiers of service for their customers. Its aftersales centers are staffed with highly qualified and experienced technicians, assigned by the parent company to supervise and service Hyundai cars and to offer any assistance that other technicians may be in need of.

Hyundai runs ongoing training programs to ensure that all technicians are highly trained and well aware of the latest car service techniques. At each dealership, technicians are required to undertake annual training courses to educate them about the latest car service developments and technologies, ensuring they always meet the highest international standards of service.
