The efforts aimed to stimulate female students to do their best and unlock their creativity in their studies, which will be reflected positively on highlighting their talents and achieving outstanding results in the fields of research, knowledge, and innovation and building a strong knowledge based society."
During the “Career Day”, Huawei received the graduates’ resumes, in addition to reviewing the university outcomes and the graduates’ career interests, besides introducing those who are interested to the working environment and development programs at Huawei Saudi Arabia. Ning stressed that Huawei gives great importance to the young Saudi women employment. He pointed out that investing in local human resources lies at the heart of the company's presence in the Kingdom since around 16 years. “One of the most important and competitive characteristics in the Saudi market is the presence of a large number of talented young men and women who are armed with great education and skills to keep up with today’s digital age. And given the high penetration of IT and means of communication, it is necessary to focus on attracting younger generations who are highly skilled and qualified to work in this vital sector. "
