HRDF: 329,000 Saudis find jobs in H1 2026

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) helped employ 329,000 Saudis in the first half of 2026, up 23% from the same period in 2025.

The direct support provided to individuals and businesses benefiting from the HRDF training, empowerment and career guidance programs and products totaled about SAR 4.9 billion during the period, the state-owned SPA reported.

More than 1.69 million Saudis benefited from its services and programs.

More than 171,000 businesses across the Kingdom and various economic sectors benefited from the fund’s services, up 25% year on year. Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for 95% of all beneficiary businesses.
