1. Free Labor Charge for Out-of-warranty Devices: for out-of-warranty devices, including those with broken screens, HONOR will waive all labor fees for repairs conducted during the campaign period (material costs will be charged based on system quotations).
2. Free Cleaning, Software Updates, and Maintenance: HONOR device users can enjoy complimentary cleaning, software upgrades, and maintenance to ensure their devices remain in top condition.
3. Free Protector Application: HONOR customers visiting our Service Centers will receive free battery cover protector application during the campaign period.
4. Exclusive Gifts for Magic Series Customers: customers completing repairs on Magic Series devices at designated HONOR Service Centers will receive a special appreciation gift, while stocks last.
5. Free Delivery Service: if Magic Series devices cannot be repaired on the same day, HONOR will offer a free delivery service to return the repaired device to the customer’s location.
