Health Holding Co.’s (HHC) board approved formation of constituent boards of directors to supervise health clusters. The decision builds on the Cabinet’s resolution on the establishment of HHC, which will be responsible for setting up subsidiaries.
In a statement, HHC said that its decision comes in line with the implementation of the health sector transformation plan as part of Saudi Vision 2030. The decision is a positive step forward in enhancing integration between heath clusters and ensuring that benefits from the enablers are leveraged effectively to achieve the priorities and objectives of the next stages.
HHC was established in June 2022 as a non-profit company to provide healthcare services and through health clusters across the Kingdom, adopting the modern healthcare model, Argaam earlier reported.
