Gadouri: "We held a galaxy of events during 2019 and achieved a very special success"

Since the beginning of 2019, the management of the Red Sea Mall studied and planned a variety of activities and events to keep pace with Saudi Arabia’s festivities, including the Jeddah Season, the Eid season and many summer events. The Mall was able to successfully organize these activities, drawing applause from fans and shoppers.

The Jeddah Season was a great success with the Red Sea Mall being the diamond sponsor of the season alongside a group of strategic partners, most notably the Jeddah Chamber of commerce and Saudi Telecom Company (STC). Marking the end of the season, the sponsors presented two Bentley cars to two lucky winners. During the festivities held at the Mall, the attendance was remarkable, reflecting positively on efforts to promote Jeddah as a tourist destination.

Eng. Al-Rayan Gadouri, General Manager of the Red Sea Mall, said: “We launched events  and campaigns throughout 2019, along with new brands and services to provide the best for shoppers and visitors. We’ve even witnessed an increase of the government support across the events and an increase of quality level in the events’ preparations as a result, the footfall markedly increased, especially during the Jeddah Season, the Red Sea Mall season, and the Entertainment Authority events. The Red Sea Mall was honored by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage for its contributions during the year in general and the festive seasons in particular."

Mr. Omar Al Maghazwi, Marketing Officer at Red Sea Mall, said: “The activities held at the Mall were unique and diverse, whether cultural, marketing or entertainment. Red Sea Mall was engaged in 427 events during 2019, which are 13 CSR events, 116 store opening events, 61 promotional events, and 147 entertainment events. Among the most prominent of those events were the cultural event organized in cooperation with the King Abdulaziz University, the art and theater shows, the visual performances, and the juggling and creative arts. This is in addition to the "Barbie" event, the Masha and the Bear play, and many fashion and cosmetic shows. There is no doubt that all of these activities had a significant and positive impact on the Mall. We as Red Sea Mall care about the variety of our events to attract visitors and keep them excited as well as we care about the quality of the services we provide to both visitors and tenants."

He concluded: "We extend our sincere thanks to the Mall's visitors for their confidence in us and the services and products the Red Sea Mall offers. We consider the success achieved by the Mall to be a culmination of the efforts exerted during 2019 in order to provide the best for shoppers and visitors. As we have successfully wrapped up the year, we are preparing for a new year with more surprises".
