Toyota has added another accolade to their impressive list of wins, claiming the “Preferred SUV Car Brand of the Year” at The Filipino Times (TFT) Awards 2016.
The win comes following a round of voting through public survey to find out the most favoured brands by the Filipino community in the UAE. The voting included several categories including dining, banking, electronics, shopping outlets and more, alongside the favourite SUV brand category.

Following an internal data analysis, Al-Futtaim Motors found that the most popular SUV Toyota models among Filipinos were RAV4 and Fortuner. The study also found that the majority of Filipino customers are Dubai-based and they split fairly between the two genders, with male buyers accounting for 54% of the total Filipino customers.
