 Erkan Yildirim, the Board Member and Managing Director of Rixos Hospitality Egypt, he commented, “Rixos Hospitality Egypt is enhancing all hotel experiences with bespoke upgrades starting from the fourth quarter of 2018. We currently have 3 hotels and 2,000 rooms in Egypt. Within the next year, we want to double the capacity and within the next 5 years, our goal is to have more than 10,000 rooms in the entire Egypt.”

The Rixos brand plans to increase rooms in Sharm Al Sheikh, and expand in locations such as Hurghada, Marsa Salam, Cairo, Aswan and similar resort areas.

Subsequent negotiations were facilitated with several tour operators and airline companies to increase flight traffic capacity to Sharm al Sheikh and Egypt in general with aims to boost tourist visits from the European region and other countries. By maximizing all available resources, Rixos Hotels in Egypt continues to upgrade their products and services, focusing on quality to keep them on top of the market.

Yildirim said, “Egypt has so many opportunities, from the perfect climate and long seasons to the best diving destinations in the world. Overall, Egypt is a peaceful place with breathtaking landscapes and historical landmarks which is a must to see.”

“We have several new projects in the pipeline, which will be announced and shared with the market very soon. We also aim to further build our brand value in key global markets by incorporating new unique strategies and hotel concepts to appeal to the new generation of business executives, entrepreneurs, families and leisure travelers” he added.

Rixos Seagate Sharm, the two-year-old lifestyle resort will soon be upgrading to a Premium line and changing its name to Rixos Premium Seagate, bringing in a fresh identity to the hospitality and service sector with exceptional service standards. The transformation is set to begin on October of this year and will feature the biggest Aquaventure park with complimentary access for all residing guests in Rixos Premium Seagate and Rixos Sharm El Sheikh.

Rixos Premium Seagate will be providing the ultimate unique offerings and services with impeccable gastronomical delights featuring a combination of local and imported products.
