Epson showcased its latest range of ITS printers at an event held in UAE. Epson’s high-capacity ink tank enables users to keep their printing costs low, increase productivity and reduce downtime. The purpose-built ink tank is fully integrated into the printer so users can enjoy reliable colour printing without the mess or hassle often associated with non-genuine refills and third-party ink tank systems.

Khalil El-Dalu, General Manager, Epson Middle East, says: “Using replacement ink bottles, it’s possible to print up to 4,000 pages in black and 6,500 pages in colour. Epson-genuine ink bottles make it easy to refill the ink tank with their clear labelling and drip-free nozzle.”

ITS models that were highlighted include:

L1300 and L1800

The L1300 is a four-colour A3 ITS printer, designed to deliver ultra-low-cost and hassle-free printing to offices with a high print volume. The L1800 also benefits from an ultra-low-cost, and photographers, advertising agencies and other small offices can take advantage of its six-colour printing.

L850 & L810


The L850 and L810 are the first A4 6-colour ink tank system photo printers with an LCD screen. Designed to deliver ultra-low-cost printing of photos, both will appeal to event photographers, photo labs, advertising agencies and education establishments looking for quick-fire and affordable photo printing. Able to produce a 10x15cm colour photo in just 12 seconds, the L850 and L810's A4 print speeds are up to 37ppm in mono and 38ppm in colour.

Perhaps best of all for event photographers, the L850 and L810 don't require a computer to print and – in the case of the L850 – scan and copy too. The latter scans directly to a memory card, while both can print from memory cards and directly from any camera with PictBridge. Both have a 6.9cm smart navigation touch-panel LCD screen to control all scan, copy and print functions.

L120
L120 is a compact ITS model. Designed with price-conscious home users, students and small office users in mind, the L120 delivers affordable and hassle-free printing.
