ENOC meets API SP standards for its lubricants product range

ENOC Group’s range of petrol engine lubricants has been certified by the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) to ‘API SP’, the newest global API petrol engine oil specification.

 

 

 

Among the upgraded products, ENOC Protec Flex Energy SAE 0W-20, SAE 0W-30, SAE 5W-20, SAE 5W-30 and SAE 10W-30 have been approved to API SP as well as the latest specification by International Lubricant Specification Advisory Committee, ILSAC GF-6A.

 

 

 

ENOC has also introduced ENOC Protec Flex Energy SAE 0W-16 meeting API SP and ILSAC GF-6B recommended for some of the latest Japanese car models. These products have been developed with a ‘Triple shield’ formula, which provides protection against sludge, oxidation, and wear.

 

 

 

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC, said: “Meeting the latest API standards demonstrates our continuous efforts geared towards innovation and excellence. The entire range including ENOC Protec Flex Energy SAE 5W-40, ENOC Protec Ultra SAE 10W-40, ENOC Protec Premium SAE 20W-50 and ENOC Protec Premium SAE 15W-40 have also received the API SP approval.

 

 

 

ENOC Protec Flex Energy meeting API SP & ILSAC GF6 standards are formulated using hydrocracked base oils and latest performance additives, while ENOC Protec Ultra & Premium range meeting API SP are formulated using hydrotreated base oils and high-performance additives.

 

 

 

ENOC’s API SP range is specially tailored for modern Hybrids as well as Conventional vehicles running on petrol, ethanol blended petrol, LPG, and CNG fuels.

 

 

 

ENOC is one of the first in the region to introduce simultaneously an entire range of advanced lubricants approved against the highest industry standards.
