Emirates NBD revamps ‘dnata Mastercard World and Platinum’ credit cards to offer instant earning and redemption of points

Emirates NBD - a leading bank in the region, dnata Travel - a leading travel and leisure services provider and Mastercard® celebrate the ten year partnership of their hugely popular dnata Mastercard World and Platinum credit card offerings with a revamped loyalty programme.

The enhanced card products will offer accelerated rewards earning up to 15% and flexible redemptions across the programme’s partner groups: dnata Travel, Arabian Adventures, City Sightseeing, Imagine Cruising, Emirates Holidays, MMI and Emirates Leisure Retail which has popular subsidiary retail brands1 such as Costa Coffee, Pret A Manger and Wolfgang Puck. Additionally, cardholders will enjoy up to 10% rewards at duty free stores worldwide and up to 2% rewards on other spends making it an ideal travel and lifestyle payment product.

 

The revamped cards also incorporate Mastercard’s contactless technology that enables customers to make quick payments at merchants with contactless terminals.

Since its launch in 2006 and subsequent enhancements thereafter, the dnata credit cards remain the only travel reward products in the UAE that guarantee cardholders up to 15% rewards on all purchases at dnata partner group companies and up to 10% rewards on duty free purchases worldwide. Moreover, onthe dnata World card, the foreign currency transaction fee on overseas transactions is zero. The cards also offer complimentary access to over 550 airport lounges globally and Emirates NBD’s Bon Appetit dining programme with discounts at over 2,000 restaurants within the UAE.
