As part of genuine desire to contribute to a healthy environment Jannah Hotels and Resorts will participate this coming Saturday March 28th in the global Earth Hour event.
CEO, Nehme Imad Darwiche, marked the upright occasion, saying “Our properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai will participate in the earth hour by switching off the lights across the whole building during the global event.”
“To provide a special touch we will decorate our lobbies with candles and other sustainable light sources. We also invite our guests to participate with us in this wonderful moment,” he added.
Environment considerations are not only significant during the earth hour as Darwiche stated, but is a daily task at Jannah Hotels & Resorts, “LED lights are used across all our properties as well as systems that regulate water usage and AC efficiency. Our talents are trained not to waste paper or other resources.”
Earth Hour is the world's largest celebration for planet Earth and encourages everyone to turn off their lights for one hour to raise awareness of climate change.
