 Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi takes pride in launching a unique fitness concept in the heart of Emirates’ capital city. Staying fit has never been so easy. Burn more than 600 calories per session under the supervision of highly trained instructors, who have mastered their fitness training skills in indoor cycling. Learn the nuances of basic indoor cycling techniques with varying resistance levels and sprint cycling speeds. 

 

A 60-minute intense cycle circuit session includes 45 minutes of cycling, followed by a 10 to 15 minute off-bike core strength contouring work out. The contouring session comprises of weight and resistance training. It is worth mentioning that all levels of fitness will be catered to and the classes are available on a daily basis excluding Thursdays and Saturdays.
