: Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) announced that it will be celebrating the Eid al-Adha festival at Dubai Museum with a number of cultural activities and programmes aimed to spread happiness and bring together people of various nationalities and cultures as well as consolidate the UAE’s culture and heritage. The activities are organised to reflect national identity and give visitors and attendees a chance to explore the festival and related traditions in an interactive atmosphere. The first day’s events will take place 2 – 8:30pm, while the second day’s events will take place 8:30am – 8:30pm.
As part of the Eid al-Adha activities is a heritage corner that will highlight the rich UAE traditions and culture through live folklore performances for visitors of all ages, poetry, and traditional handicrafts. The festivities will also present Arabian hospitality at its finest as an integral part of Emirati tradition and Eid gifts will be distributed to attendees.
With this, Dubai Culture seeks to promote cohesion and integrity in the community and foster a culture of coexistence with an emphasis on the festivals and traditional occasions. It is part of the Authority’s commitment to nourish the spirit of tolerance, strengthen social bonds, and position Dubai as a city of happy individuals who celebrate their cultural identity.
