Dubai Courts Unveil Seventh Edition of “Courts Echo” Magazine, Offering Profound Legal Insights and Fostering Knowledge Exchange

Dubai Courts have unveiled the seventh edition of their specialized legal periodical, “Courts Echo,” available in both Arabic and English. This publication is dedicated to fostering knowledge exchange within the judicial sphere and delivering comprehensive legal insights on the latest judicial and legal advancements. This initiative underscores Dubai Courts’ unwavering commitment to cultivating an integrated legal infrastructure that aligns with Dubai’s vision of establishing a progressive and sustainable judicial environment that keeps pace with global changes and facilitate effective communication across all sectors of the legal community.

His Excellency Prof. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts stated: The “Courts Echo” magazine epitomises our steadfast dedication to elevating awareness regarding the imperative of the continuous evolution of the litigation system within the emirate, bolstering confidence in Dubai’s judiciary and fortifying its global competitiveness. The current edition encompasses a broad spectrum of topics, illuminating contemporary and innovative strategic plans for the judicial system. It plays a pivotal role in embedding the principles of justice and the rule of law within Dubai’s society, executed with unparalleled precision, swiftness, and integrity. This endeavour aligns with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to position Dubai as the premier city for living globally, while concurrently striving to render the emirate’s litigation system the most exemplary and efficient worldwide. We have proudly attained the unique honour of being the first judicial entity globally to receive certification from the Global Innovation Institute GINI, a testament to the dedicated efforts of the Dubai Courts team.

His Excellency further remarked, “We acknowledge the commendable efforts of the courts within the community, exemplified by the launch of the ‘In Sight’ service package, designed to streamline procedures for senior citizens and individuals of determination. We achieved second place among the top entities creating volunteer opportunities at the Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work. Additionally, our innovative strides were honoured with the ‘UAE Innovates 2024’ award for the best innovation in digital leadership, thanks to the ‘Disclosure Platform’ developed by the talented minds at Dubai Courts.”
