Dar Global, Trump Organization launch 2 projects in Riyadh

London-listed Dar Global Co., the international development arm of Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Co., and Trump Organization have jointly launched two projects in Riyadh.

In a statement to Argaam, the company said the projects target Saudi Arabia’s luxury market and international investors, leveraging opportunities in the Kingdom’s major cities.

Dar Global plans to officially launch the Trump Tower Jeddah this week, marking its third collaboration with the Trump Organization.

The company valued its current project portfolio at $7.5 billion, spanning six countries: the UAE, Oman, Qatar, the UK, Spain, and Saudi Arabia.

In July, Dar Global and the Trump Organization announced plans for a new project in Jeddah, according to Argaam’s data.

Established in 2017 as Dar Alarkan International Real Estate Development, Dar Global focuses on global luxury real estate investments and developing international assets.
