With the award-winning Dalet Radio tools for production and playout operations, Al Rayyan has achieved greater day-to-day efficiency, outputting a higher quality product for its audience. More than just facilitating media transactions, Dalet has transformed Al Rayyan’s business by streamlining every aspect of their digital production chain, keeping them on air during the massive multi-month upgrade. Joining the ranks of broadcasters like Al Rayyan are Middle East broadcasters Abu Dhabi Media, MBC, Nalia TV, Kuwait Radio, Marina FM and the Qatar Foundation, who all benefit from similar productivity and business advancements through Dalet MAM and Radio capabilities.
Industry-Leading MAM Technology Behind Middle East Broadcasters
Dalet Galaxy is the enterprise MAM platform that facilitates powerful collaboration and business visibility for news, sports, production, programming and archiving workflows. New advancements shown at CABSAT 2016 – which include work order tracking; media packaging; native subtitling support; tighter social media integration including direct publishing to YouTube, Facebook and Twitter; and enhanced collaboration tools – give content owners greater control and visibility over the enterprise production and distribution ecosystem. In addition, Dalet On-the-Go, the mobile app that extends the remote capabilities of Dalet users, now benefits from seamless integration with social media, making it even easier to share content with colleagues and end users.
Powering Tomorrow’s Radio Operations
Dalet Galaxy for Radio provides a centralized content catalog with embedded tools to seamlessly manage all program material and associated data. Combined with modular, task-specific tools, Dalet Radio end-to-end solutions meet the comprehensive demands of large-scale newsrooms as well as the needs of multichannel music networks.
Complementary to the Dalet Radio workflow, Dalet OneCut is an advanced multi-format audio editor for everything from lightning fast news edits to complex multitrack projects including effects and mix automation. The Dalet Dashboard helps administrators by monitoring the ongoing health and performance of their system. Finally, Dalet On-Air is a proven and highly reliable solution for automated studio production and news playout, used in some of the world’s largest multichannel operations.
“Dalet Radio Follow” Leads the Way to Audio/Video Sync
New MAM and Radio joint capabilities shown at CABSAT include audio and video synchronization for a dynamic online presence, thanks to the new Dalet Radio Follow module. Videos from cameras are switched by microphone levels, graphics and video playout, syncing video with audio, to perfectly match lip-sync.
The Importance of Convergence
Dalet solutions allow media organizations to exploit the business benefits of media convergence, creating synergies and optimizing costs, while constantly producing high quality content that reaches the right audiences on the right platforms at the right time.
