The 16th edition of Cityscape Global, the Middle East’s largest, most influential real estate event, officially opened today at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Recognised as the barometer for the regional real estate industry, Cityscape Global runs until Wednesday 13 September and will host to almost 300 exhibitors including the UAE’s major real estate developers Dubai Holding, Nakheel, Meydan, Meraas, Dubai South, DAMAC, Aldar Properties, as well as other local and international exhibitors from 30 countries.
Marking a milestone for Cityscape Global’s continued cooperation with the Dubai Land Department and its Real Estate Regulatory Authority, UAE-based projects are available for sale directly from exhibition stands, and a number of developers are offering special promotions and offers to visitors.
Dubai Properties, the real estate master developer behind some of the most prominent projects in Dubai is taking part in Cityscape Global this year to showcase developments across key destinations including Business Bay, Dubailand, and Dubai Wharf. It is also launching two new projects for sale at the exhibition: Marasi Towers in Marasi Business Bay and Amaranta – phase 1 of Villanova in Dubailand.

Leading Saudi developer, ARTAR Real Estate Development, is using Cityscape Global to showcase its 36-storey luxury residential tower, Mada Residences, opening in Downtown Dubai by Q2 2018, and the spotlight this week is firmly on the property’s Signature Collection of nine elite 4-bedroom apartments.
