Citymax Celebrates Award-Winning Chefs

Citymax hotel Al Barsha are pleased to celebrate the success of its talented chefs at the Gulfood 2016: Emirates Culinary Guild Salon Culinaire competition. Chef Sandeep Pundir was awarded with Silver Medal in the chicken practical cookery category, Chef Faizal Aminat and Chef Rabin K Sivaram were awarded Bronze media in the Fish and Seafood practical category and both Chef Prakash Yeshudasan and Dinesh Prasad were awarded with a Merit in the Beef and Chicken practical category.

The Emirates Salon Culinaire (ESC) is a series of practical and display-based culinary competitions that takes place over four days at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The competition acts as a showcase for the UAE hospitality and food industry, while providing chefs an opportunity to test themselves against the bounds of their perceived abilities and to demonstrate their artistic acumen and practical dexterity.
