Saudi Chef Rakan AlOraifi, Senior Chef De Partie at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, has been awarded “Best Saudi Chef” at the 2018 Saudi Excellence in Tourism Awards. With great honor, this award serves as an indication and acknowledgment of his great skill and extraordinary talent; in addition to his commitment and ability to always deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Chef Rakan studied culinary arts in California and has a comprehensive experience from working in international restaurants globally. He also participated in different local and international culinary competitions such as Horeca and Gulf Food Dubai Competition and has earned gold, silver, and bronze medals. Chef Rakan was also a contestant in the second season of the popular TV show “Top Chef’; where he earned unprecedented experience and fame.
