CHALHOUB GROUP STRENGTHENS ITS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ACROSS SAUDI ARABIA THROUGH LETTER OF INTENT WITH CHANNELS BY STC

Chalhoub Group signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with channels by stc, one of Saudi Arabia and the wider region’s leading companies in sales and distribution across the telecommunications sector. Signed at Riyadh’s LEAP Tech Conference 2023, the LOI asserts Chalhoub Group’s commitment to strengthening its market position in the Kingdom by enhancing its supply chain, logistics and e-commerce capabilities to address the needs of customers requiring faster and more seamless deliveries. 

Within the Kingdom, Chalhoub Group is focusing on increasing the reliability and speed of services and actively investing in expanding its warehouse footprint, adding capacity in the internal last mile fleet and partnering with the right vendors to achieve the best geographical coverage and speed of service.

With service to over 120 cities within Saudi Arabia and having delivered 8 million+ total orders to date, channels by stc will utilise its fleet agency of over 12,000+ KSA national agents to drive this solution, enabling Chalhoub Group to reach and deliver to customers throughout Saudi Arabia safely and faster within a 4-hour window.
