Cenomi Retail shareholders to vote on name change on Jan. 5

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s (Cenomi Retail) shareholders will vote on amending a number of articles of the company’s bylaws, including changing the company’s name to AFG International during the extraordinary general meeting slated for Jan. 5, 2026.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the proposed amendments include Article 4 related to the company’s objectives, and Article 6 related to participation and ownership in companies.

The proposed amendments also include Article 9 related to share subscriptions, Article 14 related to the shareholders’ register, and Article 18 related to the management of the company, in addition to voting on adding a new article to the company’s bylaws concerning the powers of the general assembly.
